At TECHNIA JACKETS®, we want you to receive your jackets quickly, safely, and without complications.
That's why we work with reliable carriers and have clear processes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition at your doorstep.

Below you will find all the information about delivery times, costs, responsibilities, and how to act in case of any issues with your order.

1. Definitions

Customer: Natural or legal person who purchases products from TECHNIA JACKETS®.
Shipment: The logistical process by which we deliver products purchased in our online store or physical locations.
Partner Carrier: External courier company (e.g., Inter Rapidísimo, Coordinadora, Servientrega) that delivers to the specified address.
Tracking Number: Identification number that allows tracking the status of the shipment.

2. Coverage

We ship to all of Colombia. International deliveries are specially coordinated and subject to availability.

3. Delivery Times

Bogotá and surroundings: Between 1 and 3 business days.
Major cities: Between 3 and 8 business days.
Remote or hard-to-reach municipalities: Up to 15 business days.

(These times are approximate and depend on the partner carrier. TECHNIA JACKETS® is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company, weather conditions, or public order issues.)

4. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/volume of the package.
In some cases, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be announced on our online store.

5. Order Delivery

The customer must ensure that the registered address is correct, complete, and available to receive the order.
The carrier will make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned, and the customer must bear the cost of a new shipment.

6. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking number so you can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

7. Responsibility for the Order

TECHNIA JACKETS® packages products appropriately to protect them during transport.
Responsibility for the order passes to the customer at the moment the carrier confirms delivery.
In case of loss or damage, a claim must be filed (see section 9).

8. Prohibited Items

In accordance with Colombian law, it is not permitted to send flammable products, weapons, drugs, cash, or other restricted goods.

9. Claims for Shipments

Deadline to report issues:

For loss or non-delivery: maximum 10 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.

For damages or missing items: maximum 5 business days after receiving the order.
To file a claim, the customer must contact our official support channel:

TECHNIA JACKETS® will manage the claim with the partner carrier and provide a response within a maximum of 15 business days.

10. Personal Data and Communications

By registering your information in our store, you authorize TECHNIA JACKETS® to use your contact details for:

Processing and dispatching orders.
Sending you notifications about your purchase and shipment status.
Sharing promotions and news via WhatsApp, email, or SMS (you can request exclusion at any time).

11. Applicable Law

Our shipping policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

At TECHNIA JACKETS®, we want you to have the best experience with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have a 30-day exchange policy from the moment you receive your jacket.

⚠️ Important: We do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges for another available size or color.

✅ Conditions for exchanging the garment

The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
It is mandatory to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
In cases of defective seams or zippers, you may request an exchange. However, the time of use and the overall condition of the garment will be evaluated to approve it.

💰 Exchange costs

🔹 TECHNIA JACKETS® responsibility: If we send the wrong product (e.g., you ordered a red jacket and received a black one), we will cover all shipping costs (round trip).

🔹 Customer responsibility: If you chose the wrong size or another characteristic, you must cover the round-trip shipping costs.
👉 Remember that we have a detailed size guide for each product to help you choose correctly.

You can also visit one of our physical stores with your invoice and make the exchange directly.

📲 How to initiate an exchange?

Write to us via WhatsApp at +57 320 899 4798. Also, please send us a video of your garment and the reason for the exchange.
Once the exchange is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions for the process.

⚠️ Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior request.

🚨 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate and quickly resolve the issue.

🚫 Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

We do not accept exchanges for:

Products on sale or gift cards.
Customized or tailor-made products.
Garments used improperly or with damage not attributable to manufacturing defects.
